The firm’s director, Nikos A. Rotsides trained for the Bar Vocational Course at the Inns of Court School of Law and in 2008 he was called to the Utter Bar of England and Wales by Lincoln’s Inn. During his stay in the UK, Nikos accepted offers from City Law School and from Cass Business School and taught law as a visiting lecturer at a graduate and undergraduate level.
Nikos returned to Cyprus in 2008 where he has been practicing in private practice ever since. In his years of practice as a Cyprus Lawyer he has handled a plethora of cases and has managed to achieve an excellent track record and a remarkable reputation amongst the public and his peers. During his years of practice, before focusing exclusively in personal injury compensation law, Nikos acquired a wide breadth of experience before Cypriot Courts acting as head litigator in diverse Court cases ranging from murder to multimillion commercial disputes to complex medical negligence claims.
Nikos set up N. Rotsides & Co L.L.C. in 2011 and in the next few years focused his litigation practice in personal injury and compensation law, working together with clients that have suffered injuries in order to recover their fair compensation for their pain and suffering. Due to his expertise, he is regularly appointed by other law firms to provide expert reports in relation to Cyprus personal injury law matters and he is regularly invited to contribute with articles and lectures on his field of expertise.
His daily practice today involves managing and overseeing the workload of N. Rotsides & Co L.L.C. while at the same time Nikos handles a significant number of the serious injury cases of our firm.

Marios received his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Masters Degree in Finance and Business Management in 2009. With an ongoing training and acquisition of various certificates in multiple areas, he has a working experience as Managing Director for more than 10 years.
Marios is responsible for the daily management of our office and the internal quality inspection of our work. He manages the smooth operation of our office and provides his support to our lawyers for their daily tasks and forwarding of their cases. He is trained as an internal inspector to the management systems and ensures that the quality standard of the ISO9001 is being maintained.

Nicolas graduated from Birmingham City University before going on to successfully complete the BPTC (Bar Professional Training Course) at City University, London (Gray’s Inn). He also successfully completed the Civil and Commercial Mediation Course provided by the ADR Group.
Nicolas joined the profession as a trainee lawyer in 2016. As soon as he completed his pupillage year, he was working as a lawyer until he joined N. Rotsides & Co L.L.C in early 2022.
Nicolas’ practice covers a wide spectrum of commercial dispute resolution, including litigation and mediation. He mainly practices in the area of litigation and regularly appears before all levels of Courts, as well as various Tribunals and Committees. Amongst others, in 2020, he was appointed by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sport and Youth as the Vice President Legal of the Cyprus Anti-Doping Authority (CyADA).

Anna, was qualified in 2018 following a successful pupillage in another Cypriot law firm. Artemis obtained a law degree from the University of Nicosia and her Lawyer’s License in 2022. She specializes in civil law, both in the field of out of Court negotiations and in litigation, especially in personal compensation cases. She represents clients daily before all the District Courts of Cyprus and her workload includes the preparation and presentation of the cases which they involve bodily injuries of our clients and the negotiation of compensation for insurance companies.
Artemis decided early in her career to specialize in the field of compensation law and joined our team at the beginning of her career, in 2022. Since then she specializes in claims and cases of car accidents, work accidents and medical negligence.

Stephanie received her LLB with criminology degree from the University of Surrey, her Master’s degree from the University College London (UCL) and she was called at the Cyprus Bar in 2020. After receiving training as a civil litigation practitioner in another Cypriot law firm, she joined our firm in January 2022. Since then she has been presenting before Cypriot District Courts a number of our client's cases. Her daily practice and specialisation involve daily preparing and presenting before district Courts claimant road traffic accidents, workplace accidents and medical negligence cases. She also specialises in negotiating against the legal departments of Cypriot insurance companies in order to secure fair compensation for our clients.

Elenis’ vast and variable experience the law and especially in the area of human rights has been a valuable contribution to our firm. She has represented clients in such diverse areas of the law as, banking, family, contract and land law. She also represented clients in cases regarding immigration and asylum giving legal advice concerning Rent Control Laws and administration of estates. Eleni has also handled cases involving insurance fraud, immigration, benefit fraud. She also regularly represents Greek Cypriot land owners making claims or their homes and land in the occupied north of Cyprus in front of the Immovable Property Commission.
She has been directly involved with numerous cases brought against Turkey at the ECtHR the purpose of which was to test the effectiveness of domestic remedies set up in the north of Cyprus by Turkey which has overall responsibility for the protection of human rights in that area.
She has been cooperating with Rotsides & Co offering the benefit of her vast experience to our personal injury clients since 2017, where she has been successfully representing personal injury victims either in negotiations or before the District Courts.
