The firm’s director, Nikos A. Rotsides trained for the Bar Vocational Course at the Inns of Court School of Law and in 2008 he was called to the Utter Bar of England and Wales by Lincoln’s Inn. During his stay in the UK, Nikos accepted offers from City Law School and from Cass Business School and taught law as a visiting lecturer at a graduate and undergraduate level.

Nikos returned to Cyprus in 2008 where he has been practicing in private practice ever since. In his years of practice as a Cyprus Lawyer he has handled a plethora of cases and has managed to achieve an excellent track record and a remarkable reputation amongst the public and his peers. During his years of practice, before focusing exclusively in personal injury compensation law, Nikos acquired a wide breadth of experience before Cypriot Courts acting as head litigator in diverse Court cases ranging from murder to multimillion commercial disputes to complex medical negligence claims.

Nikos set up N. Rotsides & Co L.L.C. in 2011 and in the next few years focused his litigation practice in personal injury and compensation law, working together with clients that have suffered injuries in order to recover their fair compensation for their pain and suffering. Due to his expertise, he is regularly appointed by other law firms to provide expert reports in relation to Cyprus personal injury law matters and he is regularly invited to contribute with articles and lectures on his field of expertise.

His daily practice today involves managing and overseeing the workload of N. Rotsides & Co L.L.C. while at the same time Nikos handles a significant number of the serious injury cases of our firm.

Mr. Stavros Tsinarelis is a graduate of the Democritus University of Thrace, Law School, Greece. He is a registered Lawyer with the Cyprus Bar Association and an active litigation lawyer with wealth of experience before Cypriot Courts.

Since 2015 he has been successfully presenting before the District Court of Nicosia a significant number of our client’s cases.

Her daily practice involves carrying out in depth legal research for complex legal matters relating to the law of compensation, negotiation of various personal injury cases and presenting our clients’ cases before District Courts.

Rodoula received her LLB degree from the University of Nicosia and was called at the Cyprus Bar in 2013.

She received training as a general civil litigation practitioner before joining our team in 2017. Since then she has been working extensively in road traffic accidents, workplace accidents and medical negligence cases. Her expertise lies in legal research and she undertakes a lot of the research required, especially for international precedents, for many of our serious injury clients.

Her daily practice involves carrying out in depth legal research for complex legal matters relating to the law of compensation, negotiation of various personal injury cases and presenting our clients’ cases before District Courts.

 

Chara Karayianni

Chara received her LLB degree from the University of Cyprus and was called at the Cyprus Bar in 2018. After receiving training as a civil litigation practitioner in another Cypriot law firm, she joined our firm in January 2018. Since then she has been presenting before Cypriot Distric Courts a significant number of our client's cases and has created an enviable record in her results. Her daily practice and specialisation involves daily preparing and presenting before district Courts claimant road traffic accidents, workplace accidents and medical negligence cases. She also specialises in negotiating against the legal departments of Cypriot insurance companies in order to secure fair compensation for our clients.

Stella is our firm and Quality Control administrator. She is responsible for the smooth operation of our firm and for providing support to our lawyers’ efficient cooperation in pushing our cases forward. Stella has received extensive training as an internal auditor in Quality Management Systems and has been instrumental in assisting our firm in implementing and acquiring the ISO9001 standard for quality. Today she provides administrative support but is also responsible for conducting internal controls and assisting our firm with the implementation of our quality policy statement.
