The company’s director, Nikos A. Rotsidis, is a graduate of the Bar Vocational Course of the Inns of Court School of Law. During his studies in London, Nikos accepted the offer of the Law School of City University and Cass Business School to teach law at both undergraduate and postgraduate level, as an external lecturer.
Nikos returned to Cyprus in 2008 and has been working as a lawyer in the private sector since then. He has handled a large number of cases with commendable results and has distinguished himself both among his colleagues and the general public. During his career as a lawyer and before specializing exclusively in the field of tort and accident compensation claims, Nikos handled numerous cases before the Cypriot Courts in a wide range of legal fields, from murder cases to multi-million commercial transactions, to complex negligence cases.
Nikos founded Rotsidis & Co. LLC in 2011 and subsequently focused on the Personal Accident and Compensation Sector, serving the interests of clients who have suffered injuries due to the negligence of third parties with the aim of ensuring their fair compensation. As a result of this specialization, he often advises foreign law firms as an expert on personal accident matters in Cyprus and has been invited to contribute to the relevant bibliography with articles as well as speeches.
His daily professional life consists of managing and supervising the law firm’s cases and handling a respectable number of serious personal accident cases.
Marios Leonidou

Marios received his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Masters Degree in Finance and Business Management in 2009. With an ongoing training and possession of various certificates in multiple areas he has a working experience as Managing Director for more than 10 years.
Marios is responsible for the daily management of our office and the internal quality inspection of our work. He manages daily the smooth operation of our office and provides his support to our lawyers for their daily tasks and forwarding of their cases. He is trained as an internal inspector

Anna, was qualified in 2018 following a successful pupillage in another Cypriot law firm. She joined our team in September 2020 and her daily practice involves carrying out in depth legal research for complex legal matters relating to the law of compensation, negotiation of various personal injury cases and presenting our clients’ cases before District Courts.

Artemis obtained a law degree from the University of Nicosia and her Lawyer’s License in 2022. She specializes in civil law, both in the field of out of Court negotiations and in litigation, especially in personal compensation cases. She represents clients daily before all the District Courts of Cyprus and her workload includes the preparation and presentation of the cases which they involve bodily injuries of our clients and the negotiation of compensation for insurance companies.
Artemis decided early in her career to specialize in the field of compensation law and joined our team at the beginning of her career, in 2022. Since then she specializes in claims and cases of car accidents, work accidents and medical negligence.
Stephanie Christou

Stephanie received her LLB with criminology degree from the University of Surrey, her Master’s degree from the University College London (UCL) and she was called at the Cyprus Bar in 2020. After receiving training as a civil litigation practitioner in another Cypriot law firm, she joined our firm in January 2022. Since then she has been presenting before Cypriot District Courts a number of our client’s cases. Her daily practice and specialisation involve daily preparing and presenting before district Courts claimant road traffic accidents, workplace accidents and medical negligence cases. She also specialises in negotiating against the legal departments of Cypriot insurance companies in order to secure fair compensation for our clients.

Elenis’ vast and variable experience the law and especially in the area of human rights has been a valuable contribution to our firm. She has represented clients in such diverse areas of the law as, banking, family, contract and land law. She also represented clients in cases regarding immigration and asylum giving legal advice concerning Rent Control Laws and administration of estates. Eleni has also handled cases involving insurance fraud, immigration, benefit fraud. She also regularly represents Greek Cypriot land owners making claims or their homes and land in the occupied north of Cyprus in front of the Immovable Property Commission.
She has been directly involved with numerous cases brought against Turkey at the ECtHR the purpose of which was to test the effectiveness of domestic remedies set up in the north of Cyprus by Turkey which has overall responsibility for the protection of human rights in that area.
