Position:
- Litigator (minimum 3 years Post Qualification Experience)
Duties:
- Prepare and present personal injury and medical negligence cases before district courts.
- Identify and implement improvements to our system for client services delivery, execution of litigation / negotiation work, and provide suggestions to the Management of the Firm.
- Act as a role model through effective positive leadership behaviours to engender the environment of teamwork and collaboration.
- Supervise work of junior litigators.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Meet yearly targets and KPI’s for revenue and work execution.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, service standards, company policies and procedures and agreed operational and control processes.
- Identify and report any concerns / risks to the Management in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide monthly reports to the Management.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates should be able to demonstrate a record of litigation experience before Cypriot District Courts and should have at a minimum the following qualifications:
- LLB minimum grade 2.1 from a British University or equivalent.
- Barrister Vocational Course completion will be an advantage.
- Competence with Microsoft Office word, excel, outlook.
- Excellent communication / organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent knowledge of English and Greek language.
- Customer friendly outlook.
- Able to meet strict deadlines and work heavy work-load.

- Junior Litigator (Nicosia)
Duties:
- Prepare and present personal injury cases (road traffic accidents, accidents at work, medical negligence) before district courts.
- Form case strategies and carry out negotiations with insurance companies / opposing counsel.
- Prepare and file pleadings, summations, interim applications before all District Courts.

Position:
- The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring that the company’s services and practices meet our quality standards, specifications and regulations and maintains our conformity with the ISO 9001 standard. He/she is responsible for evolving and improving the Quality Management System of the Company.
- You will be joining the management team of our Firm. This position is for someone with the experience and personality to set high standards for his team as well as themselves and who is ready for the challenges and rewards of a career at the forefront of the civil litigation industry in Cyprus.
Your Role at N. Rotsides & Co. L.L.C.:
- Shape and implement the QA strategy, methodologies and frameworks.
- Ensure that company procedures are aligned with the corporate strategy, business targets and culture.
- Identify gaps and bottlenecks in the customer journey and make improvements.
- Resolve any quality related issues in a professional and effective manner.
- Identify and drive implementation of improvements to our system for customer services delivery, execution of litigation / negotiation work.
- Prepare and perform regular and ad hoc controls activities for quality assurance.
Work closely with other department heads to ensure quality across the company.
- Manage performance evaluations and mentoring programs for team members for continuous growth.
- Work closely with other department heads to assist with the hiring process.
- Establish and maintain quality metrics, performance indicators, and reporting mechanisms to monitor and improve quality outcomes.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Quality Management, Business Management, Law, or any related field).
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in similar role in any industry.
- Excellent command of Greek and English language.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Proven leadership and communication skills in supporting a team.
- Proactive approach with exceptional initiative and problem-solving skills.
