Position:
Pupil Advocate Litigation (period 2019 - 2020)
Duties
• The successful candidate will receive training in our practice field of claimant personal injury law and mainly in Road Traffic Accidents, Workplace Accidents and Medical Negligence..
• Shadowing lawyers in Court and in client meetings.
• Assisting lawyers in the preparation and presentation of cases before District Courts.
• Preparing reports to supervisor.
• Maintaining a good filing system and database.
Qualifications
• LLB with minimum grade of upper 2.1 from a British University or equivalent.
• Barrister Vocational Course completion will be considered as an advantage.
• Competence with word, excel, outlook and similar Microsoft office systems.
• Excellent communication / organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent knowledge of English and Greek language.
• Customer friendly outlook.
• Self motivated and able to work with own initiative.
Upon completion of pupillage, the successful candidate will be offered a position with the firm where a competitive remuneration package is offered.

Position:
Litigator (minimum 3 years Post Qualification Experience)
Duties
• Prepare and present personal injury and medical negligence cases before district courts.
• Identify and implement improvements to our system for client services delivery, execution of litigation / negotiation work, and provide suggestions to the Management of the Firm.
• Act as a role model through effective positive leadership behaviours to engender the environment of teamwork and collaboration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Meet yearly targets and KPI’s for revenue and work execution.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, service standards, company policies and procedures and agreed operational and control processes.
• Identify and report any concerns / risks to the Management in a timely and effective manner.
• Provide monthly reports to the Management.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates should be able to demonstrate a record of litigation experience before Cypriot District Courts and should have at a minimum the following qualifications:
• LLB with minimum grade of upper 2.1 from a British University or equivalent.
